Study on properties and applications of additive modified WC cemented carbide

  • 摘要: 系统论述了国内外对改性WC硬质合金致密度、抗氧化性、耐腐蚀性、硬度、断裂韧性、强度及耐磨性等性能的研究进展,对制约各项性能的影响因素进行了简要分析,主要涉及组成成分、微观组织和烧结工艺等方面。介绍了改性WC硬质合金在切削刀具、矿用工具、模具及耐磨耐蚀构件领域的应用现状,并对WC硬质合金的未来发展方向进行展望,为进一步扩大WC硬质合金的研究与应用具有参考价值。

     

    Abstract: The research progress of density, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, hardness, fracture toughness, strength and wear resistance of modified WC cemented carbide at home and abroad is systematically discussed. The factors that restrict the properties are briefly analyzed from the aspects of composition, microstructure and sintering process. In addition, the applications of modified WC cemented carbide in cutting tools, mining tools, molds, wear and corrosion resistant components are introduced and the future development of WC cemented carbide is prospected, providing reference for expanding the research and application of WC cemented carbide.
