基于极间阻抗特性的微细电火花放电状态检测系统设计

Design of micro-EDM discharge state detection system based on impedance characteristics of interelectrode path

  • 摘要: 微细电火花放电状态的检测和放电间隙的准确控制是保证高质量、高效率加工的重要基础。基于极间阻抗变化特性,提出了新的检测方法,利用ADS8681和STM32设计了微细电火花放电状态检测系统。利用串口与电源控制模块通信,实现检测使能控制和检测状态反馈;极间电压信号通过SPI控制ADS8681采集,作为状态判断依据;DAC输出模块负责输出控制信号。经测试该系统能准确识别极间放电状态,并根据加工控制策略输出差分控制信号。

     

    Abstract: The detection of micro-EDM discharge state and the accurate control of discharge gap are the important basis for ensuring high quality and high efficiency machining. Based on the characteristics of inter-pole impedance, a new detection method is proposed, and a micro-EDM discharge detection system is designed by using ADS8681 and STM32.The serial port is used to communicate with the power control module to realize detection enabling control and detection state feedback. The inter-pole discharge voltage signal is collected by SPI control ADS8681 as the state judgment basis. DAC output module is responsible for output control signal. The system can accurately identify the discharge state between poles and output differential control signal according to the processing control strategy. This system can realize the accurate identification of discharge state and the control of machining gap to ensure the high quality and high efficiency of micro-EDM.
