航空结构件自动化生产线及关键技术概述

Overview of the automated production line and key technology of aviation structural parts

  • 摘要: 自动化生产线在小批量、多品种航空结构件加工中具有显著优势,已成为未来小型航空结构件加工的趋势。首先对航空结构件自动化生产线的硬件构成、软件构成及结构件在自动化生产线内的加工过程进行了介绍,其次从设备的角度阐述了保障生产线顺利运行所需的4项关键技术,即自动加工技术、设备状态监控技术、刀具状态监控技术及离线测量技术,最后阐述了自动化生产线未来的发展趋势,为航空结构件在自动化生产线的应用提供指导。

     

    Abstract: Automatic production line has a significant advantage during the machining process of small batch and multiple varieties of aviation structural parts, which has become the trend of small aviation structural parts processing in the future. Firstly, the hardware structure, software composition and the machining processe about the automatic production lines are intruduced. Secondly, form the perspective of equipment, this paper expounds the four key techniques needed by the production line running smoothly, the automation of processing technology, equipment state monitoring technology, cutting tool condition monitoring technology, offline measurement technology. Finally, it expounds the trend about the development of automatic production line, which provieds guidance for the application of the aircraft structure in the automatic production line.
