自由曲面光学元件气囊抛光进动运动控制方法验证

Verification of the precession motion control method for the airbag polishing of free—form optical elements

  • 摘要: 由曲面光学元件因其优越的光学性能得到越来越广泛的应用.当前已提出一些自由曲面光学元件气囊抛光进动运动控制方法。针对这些进动运动控制方法进行实验加工验证,首先介绍了较为主流的进动运动控制理论。并总结了实验加工操作方法,根据已有的进动运动控制方法计算出气囊抛光机器人两虚拟轴的转角,并将转角值输入到气囊抛光机床进行实验加工。最终加工的工件表面质量符合要求。证明了已有的自由曲面光学元件气囊抛光进动运动控制方法的正确性。

     

    Abstract: Free-form optical elements are more and more widely used due to their superior optical performance.At present, some free-form optical element airbag polishing precession motion control methods have been proposed.This paper conducts experimental processing verification for these precession motion control methods.First, it introduces the more mainstream precession motion control theory, and summarizes the experimental processing operation methods.According to the existing precession motion control methods, the two virtual axes of the airbag polishing robot are calculated.And input the angle value to the airbag polishing machine toofor experimental processing.The surface quality of the final processed workpiece meets the requirements, which proves the correctness of the existing free-form optical element airbag polishing precession motion control method.
