适用于多通管接头加工的分度卡盘设计

A novel index chuck for multi-pass pipe joint machining

  • 摘要: 使用三爪卡盘车削十字轴、多通管接头等类型的零件时,每一端的车削都要设计相应工装,且需多次装夹,费时费力,加工精度也难以保证。设计了一款液压分度卡盘,一端加工完成后转轴可以分度转位进行下一端的加工。对卡盘体及液压系统的总体结构进行了设计,根据FANUC数控系统的控制流程完善了卡盘的PMC梯形图,实现了对卡盘动作的自动控制。

     

    Abstract: When the three-jaw chuck is used to turn the cross shaft, multi-pass pipe joint and other types of parts, the corresponding work fixture should be designed to each end of the turning, which needs multiple clamping and is difficult to ensure the machining accuracy, leading to time consuming and laborious. Therefore, a new hydraulic dividing chuck is designed and introduced in this paper, which has implemented the function, after finishing one end of the machining, the rotating shaft can be partially rotated for machining the lower end. Meanwhile, the overall structure of chuck body and hydraulic system is designed, and the PMC ladder diagram of chuck is perfected according to the control flow of FANUC NC system, achieving automatic operation of chuck action.
