基于二阶矩信息的五轴数控机床几何误差建模

Geometric error modeling of five axis CNC machine tool based on second moment information

  • 摘要: 传统误差建模方法通常假设机床几何误差为常量,未考虑误差分布情况。在分析传统误差建模方法的基础上,提出了一种基于误差二阶矩信息的齐次坐标变换法。以均值与标准差矩阵形式表达了机床各项误差的分布情况,通过建立带分布情况下误差传递矩阵运算规则,计算并以区间形式表达了机床空间定位误差,通过对比实验证明了该误差模型与传统误差模型相比,能够更精确地表达机床空间定位误差,为机床精度的改善提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: The traditional error modeling method does not consider the error distribution.Therefore, based on the analysis of the traditional error modeling methods.This paper proposes a homogeneous coordinate transformation method including the second moment information of the error. The distribution of the errors of the machine tool is expressed in the form of the mean value and standard deviation matrix. The spatial positioning error of the machine tool is expressed in the form of interval. Finally, the correctness of the model is verified by comparative experiments. Compared with the traditional error model, the error model can more accurately express the spatial positioning error of machine tool. It provides a reference for the improvement of machine tool accuracy.
