  • 摘要: 双偏心薄壁套零件的加工是机械加工较难处理的问题,设计了一种可以实现一定角度的旋转、轴方向的偏心移动和合理的薄壁定位夹紧的新型夹具体,从而使双偏心薄壁零件在车床加工得以顺利实现,加工质量、加工效率明显提高。

     

    Abstract: The processing of double-eccentric thin-walled sleeve parts is a difficult problem for mechanical processing. A new type of clamp that can achieve a certain angle of rotation, eccentric movementin the Xaxis direction and reasonable thin- wall positioning clamping is designed, so that the double the machining of eccentric thin-walled parts can be smoothly realized on the lathe, and the processing quality and processing efficiency are significantly improved.
