Abstract:
In order to improve the forming accuracy of the traveller to meet the requirements of high-speed spinning, firstly, the reasons for the low forming accuracy are analyzed. Then start from the automatic control, simplified mechanical structure, standardization of adjustment, wear compensation and flexibility of machine, the three-dimensional modeling method is used to design the control, transmission and mechanical structure of the traveller forming machine. In this paper the PLC control system is used to improve the degree of automation. The flexibility of machine has been enhanced by model base designed. The emptying device adopts the active emptying method to avoid stretching of the flat wire. The punching station uses the micrometer to quantify and standardize the adjustment, which solves the problem of inconsistent product quality caused by "adjustment by experience". The internal thread connecting rod solves the problem that tool wear cannot be compensated. The return method of the return rod driven by the cam can improve the stability of the mold. These are conducive to improving the accuracy of traveller.
