  • 摘要: 为了提高钢丝圈成型精度以满足高速纺纱要求,首先分析了成型精度不高的原因,然后从自动化控制、简化机械结构、调节标准化、磨损补偿及设备柔性等方面入手,采用三维建模的方法对钢丝圈成型机进行了控制、传动及机械结构设计。采用PLC控制系统提高机床自动化程度,设计的模具座提高了设备柔性;采用主动放料方式防止扁丝拉长;通过测微头将调节量化、标准化,避免了“凭经验”造成的产品质量不统一问题;内螺纹连杆解决了成型刀具磨损无法补偿的问题;凸轮带动退料杆的退料方式可以提高模具稳定性。这些都有利于提高钢丝圈成型精度。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the forming accuracy of the traveller to meet the requirements of high-speed spinning, firstly, the reasons for the low forming accuracy are analyzed. Then start from the automatic control, simplified mechanical structure, standardization of adjustment, wear compensation and flexibility of machine, the three-dimensional modeling method is used to design the control, transmission and mechanical structure of the traveller forming machine. In this paper the PLC control system is used to improve the degree of automation. The flexibility of machine has been enhanced by model base designed. The emptying device adopts the active emptying method to avoid stretching of the flat wire. The punching station uses the micrometer to quantify and standardize the adjustment, which solves the problem of inconsistent product quality caused by "adjustment by experience". The internal thread connecting rod solves the problem that tool wear cannot be compensated. The return method of the return rod driven by the cam can improve the stability of the mold. These are conducive to improving the accuracy of traveller.
