航空发动机涡轮叶片叶尖损伤修复自适应加工技术研究与应用

Research and application of adaptive machining technology for repairing blade tip damage of aero-engine turbine blades

  • 摘要: 损伤的涡轮叶片修复对航空发动机的检修及延寿具有重要意义。综述了某镍基铸造高温合金涡轮工作叶片修复技术的研究进展,重点介绍了叶尖部位自适应机械加工的修复方法,深入阐述了试验加工过程与验证结果,并对涡轮叶片修复技术的发展前景进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: The repair of damaged turbine blade is of great significance to the maintenance and life extension of aero-engine. In this paper, the research progress of repairing technology of a nickel-based cast superalloy turbine working blade is summarized, the repair method of adaptive machining at the tip of the blade is emphatically introduced, the experimental processing process and experimental results are expounded in depth, the development prospect of turbine blade repair technology is prospected.
