Abstract: Stationary "O" type ball valve shaft hole up and down the main body alignment and the position of the shaft hole axis and the seat up and down hole axis precision is an important factor that directly leads to whether the whole valve is stuck and whether the leakage is up to the standard. The important factors from the perspective of design on how to choose the criteria, evaluation methods and how to handle in the machining process, is particularly important.
