基于FANUC系统的数控机床电气虚拟调试技术的实现

Realization of virtual debugging technology of CNC machine tool based on FANUC system

  • 摘要: 介绍了在机床电气设计中应用FANUC CNC GUIDE仿真软件在虚拟环境中模拟、测试、验证及调整配置机床类型的数控系统的参数,PMC程序、宏程序及加工程序,利用虚拟和现实互动,提前验证相关设计的正确性,从而缩短产品的制造周期,提高产品从设计到排产的工作效率。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the application of FANUC CNC GUIDE simulation software in the electrical design of machine tools to simulate, test, verify and adjust the parameter configuration of NC system with machine tool type in virtual environment, PMC program, macro program and machining program, and verify the correctness of related design in advance by using virtual and realistic interaction, thus shortening the manufacturing cycle of the product and improving the efficiency of the product from design to production scheduling.
