基于VB开发的智能平台在圆锥曲线异形螺纹中的应用

Application and simulation of intelligent platform based on VB in special shaped taper thread

  • 摘要: 数控车削中,往往采用宏程序编制圆锥曲线(椭圆、双曲线和抛物线)异形螺纹,此类螺纹的宏程序种类多,结构杂,对程序员的要求很高。统一了圆锥曲线异形螺纹的宏程序,由此通过VB设计出一个智能平台。只要改变螺纹参数,即可获得3种圆锥曲线异形螺纹的宏程序,快速有效,并在VERICUT仿真软件上验证了程序的可行性。

     

    Abstract: In NC turning, the macro program is often used to program special-shaped thread of conic, such as elliptic, hyperbolic and parabolic. The structure of the program is various and complex, which requires high level of programmers. Early stage, a new unified model of the macro program for this thread was built. Then on this foundation, this paper studies a intelligent platform which is developed based on VB, In the platform, the macro program of three kinds of conic curve special-shaped thread can be obtained by only changing the key parameters, which is simple and effective, Then the designed program is verified by the VERICUT software and solved the problem of turning the thread.
