摘要: 针对铸件三通管为工件, 介绍了一种基于RobotStudio搭建工业机器人打磨工作站的方法, 并通过实验验证空间布局及程序合理性。首先, 根据工件的特殊性设计专属的夹具以及工作站; 其次, 设置I/O信号以及关键数据, 编写程序并进行调试; 最后, 通过仿真数据配置实际工作站进行加工工件。实验结果表明, 该方案可满足加工要求, 并且在提高生产效率的同时改善了工作环境。Abstract: Aiming at the casting tee pipe as the workpiece, a method of building an industrial robot polishing workstation based on RobotStudio is introduced, and the space layout and program rationality are verified through experiments. First, design exclusive fixtures and workstations according to the particularity of the workpiece; secondly, set up I/O signals and key data, write programs and debug; finally, configure the actual workstation to process the workpiece through simulation data. The experimental results show that this scheme can meet the processing requirements and improve the working environment while increasing the production efficiency.
