数控机床以精细化为核心的可靠性定律

  • 摘要: 针对国产机床可靠性差、可靠性实施方法难度大、对人员的数学基础要求高等问题, 在长期对机电产品可靠性开展技术研究和企业应用的基础上, 从产品寿命周期的角度出发, 系统总结、提炼出在机床制造企业实施可靠性的八大定律, 包括企业管理环节的培训定律和能力定律、产品设计环节的结构定律和分析定律、产品制造环节的制造定律和实验定律、机床运行环节的运控定律和维保定律, 论述了八大定律的基本概念, 给出了实施八大定律时的注意事项, 该可靠性定律与其他可靠性理论和方法相结合, 对提高国产机床的可靠性具有非常重要的意义。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of the poor reliability of domestic machine tools, the difficulty of reliability implementation method, and the high requirements on the mathematical foundation of technicians, based on long-term technical research and enterprise application on the reliability of electromechanical products, from the perspective of product life cycle, eight laws of reliability in the implementation of machine tools manufacturing enterprises are systematically summarized and refined, including the training law and ability law of enterprise management, the design law and analysis law of product design, the manufacturing law and experiment law of product manufacturing, the operational control law and maintenance law of machine tool operation, the basic concepts of the eight laws are expounded, and the matters needing attention in implementing the eight laws are given. Combining the eight laws with other reliability theory, having important meaning to improve the reliability of the domestic machine tools.
