面向磨削数据库的功率信号压缩方法研究

Research on compression method of power signal toward grinding database

  • 摘要: 针对磨削数据库功率数据存储需求, 提出磨削数据库功率信号压缩处理方法。根据信号波形特点, 提取趋势变化点进行分段直线拟合。设计5频段阶梯型滤波器解决滤波器相位偏移问题。通过实验测试确定低通截止频率取值。采用五点法进行峰谷点提取并结合预估法、高、低阈值判定法对峰谷及异常点进行精确筛选。对提取数据进行首尾修正。设计功率信号压缩系统, 实验结果表明能有效进行数据压缩且压缩精度较高。

     

    Abstract: The compression method to process power signal was proposed, based on the requirement of power data storage in grinding database. According to the characteristics of the signal waveform, trend points were extracted and sectional lines between them were fitted. A 5-band stepped filter was designed to solve the problem of filter phase deviation. The low passed cut-off frequency was determined by experimental measurement. The 5 points method was employed to extract peak valley points. Combining with prediction method and high- low threshold judgment method, peaks, valleys and abnormal points were accurately withdrawn. Then the first and last points were modified in the extracted data. The power signal compression system was designed and testing results demonstrated that the system can effectively compress data with higher compression accuracy.
