基于PVT的裁切机间歇高速运动规划研究

Research on intermittent high speed motion planning of cutting machine based on PVT

  • 摘要: 为了解决裁切机在裁切工序过程中, 电机速度规划不合理引起的切刀使用寿命减少和设备噪声大的问题, 进行了基于PVT(位移P, 速度V, 时间T)运动模式的运动规划研究与试验。通过对裁切机构进行建模, 确定设备总体运行阶段, 提出速度优化方案; 对裁切机构的裁切阶段进行运动规律分析, 确定其满足PVT运动规划条件; 采用GTSD14控制器和软件Otostudio实现PVT算法。经过现场调试及应用表明, 使用对称和非对称模式的运动规划算法, 均能满足裁切阶段节拍固定, 整机节拍可调的规划目标, 但非对称模式性能更优, 因此本课题最终采用非对称模式的PVT描述方法实现运动规划, 使裁切机在整机高速运行下, 裁切阶段速度恒定, 从而减少了噪声和振动, 提高了切刀寿命。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the unreasonable motor speed planning of the cutting machine in the cutting process caused the reduction of the cutter life and the large noise of the equipment, the motion planning based on the PVT (position P, velocity V, time T) motion mode was carried out and experimented. Through modeling the cutting mechanism to determine the overall operation stage and propose a velocity optimization plan; analyzing the cutting stage to determine the motion law to meet the PVT motion planning conditions; adopting GTSD14 controller and software Otostudio to implement the PVT algorithm. Field debugging and application show that symmetrical and asymmetrical motion planning algorithms can meet the planning goal which cutting stage cycle is fixed and the cycle of the whole machine can be adjusted. The performance of asymmetrical mode is better, so this topic finally adopts the PVT description method of the asymmetric mode to realizes motion planning. So that the cutting machine has a constant cutting speed when the whole machine is running at a high speed to reduce noise and vibration and improve the life of the cutter.
