  • 摘要: 现有工艺决策和优化方法存在推理过程自动化不足和结果不稳定等问题, 针对机加工艺最优方案的求解, 提出一种基于分支定界法的决策推理方法, 该方法在综合考虑了成本、加工效率等评价指标的情况下, 通过"分支"、"松弛"与"剪枝"等操作, 将解空间控制在一个合适的范围内, 提升了推理和运算效率。通过具体算例应用和分析, 证明该算法的可行性、有效性和实际应用价值, 特别是对机加工艺最优加工方案的推理和决策, 具有广阔的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: The existing process decision-making and optimization methods have some problems, such as insufficient automation and unstable results. In order to solve the optimal solution of machining process, proposes a decision-making reasoning method based on branch and bound method. This method comprehensively considers the cost, processing efficiency and other evaluation indicators, and controls the solution space in a suitable range through "branch", "Relaxation" and "pruning", which improves the efficiency of reasoning and operation. Through the application and analysis of specific examples, the feasibility, effectiveness and practical application value of the algorithm are proved, especially for the reasoning and decision-making of the optimal machining method of machining process, which has broad application prospects.
