Abstract:
In this paper, a steady-state test study is conducted on a certain type of proportional pressure and flow integrated valve currently developed. Through the establishment of a hydraulic test bench, the stationary pressure-flow properties and flow seizure properties of the integrated proportional pressure-flow valve are examined and analyzed. The test results show that when a certain type of integrated valve is in a stable state, the higher the oil supply pressure, the higher the flow rate with increasing control pressure. When the valve port of the integrated valve opens and closes, as the current increases, the flow rate changes slowly and steadily, the load starts steadily, and the flow rate is more controllable. This test provides a reference for the test and research of integrated valves.
