一种比例压力流量集成阀流量特性的试验研究

Experimental research on the flow characteristics of a proportional pressure flow integration valve

  • 摘要: 针对目前研制的某型号比例压力流量集成阀, 通过搭建液压试验台对比例压力流量集成阀进行了试验, 研究并分析了比例压力流量集成阀的稳态压力-流量特性和比例压力流量集成阀的流量微动特性。试验结果表明: 某型号比例压力流量集成阀在稳态状态下, 供油压力越大, 流量会随着控制压力的增大而随之增大。集成阀阀口打开以及关闭时, 随着电流的增大, 流量也随之缓慢平稳变化, 负载平稳起动, 流量可控性较好。此试验为集成阀的试验研究提供了借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a steady-state test study is conducted on a certain type of proportional pressure and flow integrated valve currently developed. Through the establishment of a hydraulic test bench, the stationary pressure-flow properties and flow seizure properties of the integrated proportional pressure-flow valve are examined and analyzed.The test results show that when a certain type of integrated valve is in a stable state, the higher the oil supply pressure, the higher the flow rate with increasing control pressure. When the valve port of the integrated valve opens and closes, as the current increases, the flow rate changes slowly and steadily, the load starts steadily, and the flow rate is more controllable. This test provides a reference for the test and research of integrated valves.
