Abstract:
In order to give out an alternative way to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of laser tracker, a novel method has been proposed considering the station building error. On the basis of constructing the measurement model and error model of laser tracker, the station building error of equipment has been involved into the optimization model. Through taking the station building and space point measurement into consideration, the simulation test and data analysis of the space point measurement uncertainty of the tracker, which is affected by the two factors of station building error and measurement error, are carried out. With the measurement of a certain tooling in the workshop, the construction of the measurement space simulation has been carried out, and the effectiveness of the algorithm been verified by comparing the deviation between the sampling value of landmark and the measured value.
