大型航专设备直线轴振动故障分析

Analysis on vibration fault of linear axis for large aeronautical equipment

  • 摘要: 针对大型航专设备直线轴在运动过程中时常出现的振动现象, 结合直线轴的大行程、重负载和高精度结构特点, 提出了一种结合振动检测、控制检测及机械检测的设备直线轴振动分析方法, 通过该方法能够有效地解决设备运行过程中出现的振动问题, 提升设备运行的稳定性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the vibration phenomenon of linear axis of the large aeronautical equipment in the process of movement, combined with the large stroke, heavy load and high-precision structure characteristics of the linear axis, a vibration analysis method of linear axis of equipment combined with vibration detection, control detection and mechanical detection is proposed, which can effectively solve the vibration problems in the process of equipment operation and improve the quality of equipment stability of operation.
