基于伺服电机部件加工的智能制造生产线设计

Design of intelligent manufacturing production line based on servo motor parts processing

  • 摘要: 随着工业4.0的推进和大众消费理念的更新, 企业采用智能化生产线进行生产势在必行。以伺服电机核心零部件的智能制造生产线设计为基础, 首先描述了智能制造生产线的设计思路和技术方案, 主要包含生产线的功能需求分析、工艺设计分析、模块设计分析、生产线整体设计分析等; 其次, 依据伺服电机核心零部件加工相关工艺以及智能生产线设计方案结果, 采用高德生产线仿真软件对所设计生产线进行场地布局优化和模拟仿真调试; 最后, 根据生产线仿真结果, 组建生产线并进行调试和生产。试验结果表明: 该智能生产线设计合理、运行稳定, 达到设计要求, 生产效率相对于传统生产线提高40%以上, 同时也为生产其他复杂零部件生产线的组建提供一种验证手段。

     

    Abstract: With the advance of Industry 4.0 and the updating of the concept of mass consumption, it is imperative for enterprises to adopt intelligent production lines for production. Based on the intelligent manufacturing production line design of servo motor core parts, this paper first describes the design ideas and technical solutions of the intelligent manufacturing production line, mainly including the functional requirements analysis of the production line, process design analysis, module design analysis, production line overall design analysis, etc. Secondly, according to the processing process of servo motor core parts and the results of intelligent production line design, the site layout optimization and simulation debugging of the designed production line were carried out by using AutoNavi production line simulation software. Finally, according to the simulation results of the production line, the production line is set up and debugging and production. The test results show that the intelligent production line is reasonable in design, stable in operation and meets the design requirements. Compared with the traditional production line, the production efficiency is increased by more than 40%. Meanwhile, it also provides a verification method for the establishment of production lines for other complex parts.
