Abstract:
With the advance of Industry 4.0 and the updating of the concept of mass consumption, it is imperative for enterprises to adopt intelligent production lines for production. Based on the intelligent manufacturing production line design of servo motor core parts, this paper first describes the design ideas and technical solutions of the intelligent manufacturing production line, mainly including the functional requirements analysis of the production line, process design analysis, module design analysis, production line overall design analysis, etc. Secondly, according to the processing process of servo motor core parts and the results of intelligent production line design, the site layout optimization and simulation debugging of the designed production line were carried out by using AutoNavi production line simulation software. Finally, according to the simulation results of the production line, the production line is set up and debugging and production. The test results show that the intelligent production line is reasonable in design, stable in operation and meets the design requirements. Compared with the traditional production line, the production efficiency is increased by more than 40%. Meanwhile, it also provides a verification method for the establishment of production lines for other complex parts.
