  • 摘要: 介绍了基于FANUC PMI-A数控系统的大型伺服压力机结构。针对多电机同步驱动需求, 采用了主从同步控制以及电子虚拟主轴同步方法, 针对多电机同步负载偏差大的问题, 采用了速度积分器复制功能。通过在12 000 kN伺服压力机上进行参数配置及功能验证, 说明电子虚拟主轴同步控制效果优于主从同步控制, 速度积分器复制功能可实现轴负载平均。以上功能可满足大型伺服压力机多轴同步控制需求。

     

    Abstract: The structure of large-scale servo press based on FANUC PMI-A CNC was introduced. For the multi-motor synchronization requirements, master-slave synchronous control and the electronic virtual spindle synchronization method were both adopted. the speed integrator replication function was also adopted for the large deviation of motor load. Through the parameter configuration and function verification on the 12 000 kN servo press, it showed that the electronic virtual spindle synchronization control effect was better than the master-slave synchronization control, and the speed integrator copy function can realize the motor load average. These functions can meet the needs of multi-axis synchronous control of large servo press.
