Research on technology method of slender shaft aluminium alloy guide pin

  • 摘要: 通过对某机型起落架项目中铝合金油针的外形尺寸及材料特性的分析,介绍了该工件的车削及铣削方法,详细地阐述了加工参数、刀具、测量方法及工装的设计思路,并研究说明了粗加工所留余量对工件最终尺寸精度的影响。经实践证明,涉及的加工方法可以有效地控制工件的变形,确保工件的形位公差及尺寸精度,具有针对性的工程意义。

     

    Abstract: Based on the analysis of the shape and material characteristics of the aluminium alloy guide pin in the landing gear project, the turning and milling methods of the workpiece were introduced, the machining parameters, cutting tools, measuring methods and the design ideas of the tool were described in detail, and the influence of the rough machining allowance on the final dimension accuracy of the workpiece was studied and illustrated. It had been proved by practice that the machining method involved can effectively control the deformation of the workpiece, can ensure the shape and dimension accuracy, and has targeted engineering significance.
