基于虚拟轴的蜗杆砂轮磨齿机联动轴误差等效补偿方法

Equivalent compensation method of synchronous axis error of worm wheel grinding machine based on virtual axis

  • 摘要: 针对蜗杆砂轮磨齿机联动轴的误差补偿难题,提出了一种基于虚拟轴的联动轴误差等效补偿方法。首先,在磨齿机的电子齿轮箱中增设一根虚拟联动轴(SIM1轴),并建立等效补偿换算模型,将电子齿轮箱中各联动轴的误差补偿量换算为虚拟轴的等效补偿量,再线性叠加为最终的虚拟轴等效补偿量。然后,将砂轮磨削的竖直进给运动轨迹离散为一系列样条点,并选择样条点作为误差补偿点,将建立的等效补偿换算模型编入人机界面程序中,自动生成带有虚拟轴等效补偿量的砂轮竖直进给运动轨迹程序。最后,分别通过联动轴误差测量及齿轮加工实验验证了等效补偿方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the synchronous axis error of the worm wheel grinding machine, an equivalent compensation method based on the virtual axis was proposed. Firstly, a virtual synchronous axis (SIM1 axis) to the electronic gearbox of the gear grinding machine was added, and an equivalent compensation conversion model was established to convert the error compensation amount of each synchronous axis in the electronic gearbox to the equivalent compensation amount of the virtual axis, and then the final virtual axis equivalent compensation amount was linearly superposed. Secondly, the vertical feed motion locus of grinding wheel was discretized into a series of spline points, and the spline points were selected as error compensation points. The established equivalent compensation conversion model was compiled into the man-machine interface program, and the vertical feed motion locus program of the grinding wheel with the equivalent compensation amount of the virtual axis was automatically generated. Finally, the effectiveness of the equivalent compensation method was verified by the synchronous axis error measurement and the gear machining experiment.
