可编程尾座装置在数控车床上的应用

  • 摘要: 随着数控机床自动化的发展,对机床各部件的自动化提出了新的要求。尾座是数控车床的一个重要部件,它的精度直接影响加工工件的质量,基于可编程尾座的装置将实现尾座的自动化控制。依据新的要求提出了一种可编程尾座装置在数控车床上的应用,目的在于提高数控机床的自动化程度,同时提升了工作效率及工作精度,降低操作者的劳动强度。

     

    Abstract: With the development of the automation of CNC machine, new requirements are put forward for the automation of all parts of the machine. Tailstock is an important part of CNC lathe. Its precision directly affects the quality of the workpiece. The device based on programmable tailstock will realize the automatic control of tailstock. In this paper, a new device of programmable tailstock has been introduced according to the new requirements, the purpose is to improve the automation degree of the CNC machine and efficiency as well as accuracy, and reduce the labor intensity of the operator.
