第一届全国技能大赛数控车项目赛题中变螺距螺纹的编程和加工

Programming and processing of the variable pitch thread in NC machining in the first national skills competition

  • 摘要: 在塑料、橡胶和食品等行业,变螺距螺纹用得很多。变螺距螺纹尤其是等牙宽变螺距螺纹是数控车加工的难点,主要难在编程。迄今为止,用国内、外自动编程软件尚编不出车这类螺纹的精确程序,只能用手工编。在不久前举办的第一届全国技能大赛国赛数控车项目的题中用了这个要素,这是赛题结合生产实际的有益尝试。对赛题中等牙宽变螺距螺纹做了详细分析,分从右往左车和从左右车两块介绍了多种解决方案,并各提供了一组经过验证了的程序。其中从右往左车的这组程序具有容易理解、容易编程和方便修车牙宽的优点。

     

    Abstract: Variable pitch thread is widely used in plastics, rubber and food industries. Variable pitch thread, especially equal tooth width variable pitch thread, is a difficult point in NC machining. The main difficulty lies in programming. So far as I know that automatic programming software at home and abroad can not program this kind of thread precisely. They have to use manual programming. This element is used in the numerical control lathe project of the first national skills competition held not long ago. This is a beneficial attempt to combine the competition with the actual production. The author makes a detailed analysis of the variable pitch thread with equal tooth width in exam problems, introduces a variety of solutions from right to left and from left to right, and provides a set of verified programs for each. The program from right to left has the advantages of easy to understand, easy to program and convenient to repair tooth width.
