HNC848五轴数控系统螺旋加工解决方案

The solution in helical machining about HNC848 CNC system

  • 摘要: 针对HNC848五轴数控系统定向加工不支持螺旋插补指令的问题提出3种解决方案,一种是利用CAM软件,以直代曲的方式生成相关代码;二是利用系统用户宏程序功能,重新构建螺旋加工宏程序,通过调用用户宏程序解决螺旋加工问题;三是利用系统宏程序功能,重新构建坐标平移和旋转的用户宏程序,利用数控系统的螺旋插补指令解决螺旋加工问题;通过实例验证了这3种方案的正确性与便利性,并分析它们的特点,以供不同场合的使用。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem that HNC848 CNC system does not support helical interpolation, three solutions are proposed, One is to use CAM software to generate control code which uses linear interpolation instead of curve interpolation. The other is to create a macro program of helical interpolation by using the user macro program of CNC system. the third is to create a macro program of coordinate translation and rotation to replace the characteristic coordinate system, and the 3-axis NC helical interpolation is used to solve this problem.The correctness and convenience of the three schemes are verified by examples, and their characteristics are analyzed for use in different occasions.
