深透弧技术在碳钢厚板焊接中的应用研究

Application of the deepen arc technology in thick plate welding of carbon steel

  • 摘要: 采用唐山松下开发的深透弧技术焊接了6 mm、12 mm、16 mm、24 mm、40 mm的碳钢厚板,焊接接头形式为3种T型接头。试验结果表明,深透弧技术比普通熔化极气体保护焊的焊缝熔深大,16 mm以下的碳钢厚板,在适当的焊接工艺下可以减小或不开坡口也能够达到T型接头全熔透的焊接效果,焊接K型45°坡口24~40 mm的碳钢试板,在适当的焊接工艺条件下,能够达到全熔透的焊接效果,且焊后不需要清根处理。深透弧技术适合厚板碳钢打底焊接,熔深形态呈指状熔深,有利于实现根部全熔透焊接。

     

    Abstract: The thick carbon steel plates of 6 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm, 24 mm and 40 mm were welded by the deepen arc technology developed by panasonic of tangshan, and 3 kinds of T joints were welded. Test results show that, the depth of deepen arc technology is larger than that of ordinary gas arc welding, and under the proper welding process, the full penetration of T-joint can be achieved by reducing or no groove for the thick carbon steel plates under 16 mm. The welding effect of full penetration can be achieved by the welding of 24~40 mm carbon steel test plate with K-45° groove under proper welding process conditions, and the root cleaning treatment is not needed after welding. The deepen arc technology is suitable for bottom welding of thick plate carbon steel, and the penetration shape is finger-like depth, which is conducive to achieve full penetration of welding root.
