摘要: 底座作为移动钻铣装备的“基础”,其刚度特征经过传递直接映射到末端,影响执行单元的运动精度及其精度保持性。提出了偏心载荷作用下基础底座的优化设计方法,并通过试验测试进行了结果的优化验证。Abstract: As the "foundation" of mobile drilling and milling equipment, the stiffness characteristics of the base are directly mapped to the end through transmission, which affects the motion accuracy and accuracy retention of the executive unit. In this paper, the optimum design method of foundation base under eccentric load is proposed, and the results are verified by test.
