复杂薄壁散热器零件数控加工技术研究

Numerical control machining technology of complex thin-walled heat exchanger parts

  • 摘要: 针对散热器零件加工特征多、位置精度要求高及薄壁处易变形等因素,导致零件加工精度无法满足要求进行研究。根据零件结构特征分析了加工难点,制定了合理的加工工艺,使用CAM技术进行数控编程;设计了定位精度高、能抑制变形和装夹方便的专用夹具,计算了零件薄壁处的铣削力,采用物理仿真技术分析比较了传统工装板固定与专用夹具固定在相同切削力下零件薄壁处的变形量;运用几何仿真技术对该零件进行了几何仿真加工与精度检测;最后进行了实际加工与精度测量,实验结果表明零件取得了较高的加工精度。

     

    Abstract: This paper studies the many processing characteristics of radiator parts, high position accuracy and easy deformation Investigate it.According to the structural characteristics of the parts, the machining difficulties are analyzed, the reasonable machining technology is worked out, and the CAM technology is used for NC programming; A special fixture with high positioning accuracy, which can restrain deformation and convenient clamping is designed to calculate the milling force at the thin wall of the parts, physical simulation technology is used to analyze and compare the deformation of the parts fixed by the traditional tooling plate and the special fixture under the same cutting force; The geometric simulation technique is used to process and measure the accuracy of this part; Finally, actual machining and precision measurement are carried out, the experimental results show that the parts achieve a high machining precision.
