考虑个体差异的高速压力机下死点精度可靠性建模与评估

Reliability modeling and assessment on bottom dead center precision of high-speed punch machine with individual difference

  • 摘要: 根据高速压力机性能退化特点,建立了基于维纳过程的高速压力机性能退化可靠性评估模型;然后,将初始状态差异性与性能退化过程差异性以随机变量的形式引入该可靠性评估模型中,并给出了基于贝叶斯理论的参数估计方法;最后,在此基础上进行了高速压力机性能退化试验,采用所建立的模型对下死点精度退化数据进行了分析,完成了基于下死点精度退化数据的可靠性评估。评估结果表明所建立的模型能够反映个体差异性对可靠性评估的影响。

     

    Abstract: According to the characteristics of high-speed press machine performance degradation, the reliability evaluation model is established based on the Wiener process. The difference between the initial state difference and the performance degradation process is introduced into the reliability evaluation model in the form of random variables. And the method of parameter evaluation based on Bayesian theory is given. Finally, based on the analysis of the mechanism for high-speed punch machine BCD (bottom dead center) precision, the degradation test of high-speed performance and reliability assessment is completed. The results of evaluation show that the established evaluation model can reflect the impact of individual differences on reliability evaluation.
