机床加工过程短期能力评估模型及应用研究

  • 摘要: 随着制造业不断发展,机床的应用十分广泛,由此带来的用户对机床加工的工件质量要求越来越高,国内外机床用户经常要求进行加工过程短期能力评估,而我国目前缺乏验收交付时短期能力的评估程序。针对该问题,采用统计过程控制技术,通过分析短期能力评估的要求,提出了一套短期能力评估模型,并运用数控车床加工轴工件的实例来验证该评估模型的有效性,推动了金属切削机床的制造验收技术的发展。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous development of the manufacturing industry, the application of machine tools is very extensive, and the resulting users have higher and higher requirements for the quality of the workpieces processed by the machine tools. Machine tool users at home and abroad often require short-term capability evaluation of the machining process, but my country currently lacks acceptance and delivery Time and short-term capability assessment procedures. In response to this problem, this paper adopts statistical process control technology, analyzes the requirements of short-term capability evaluation, and proposes a short-term capability evaluation model, and uses an example of CNC lathe machining of shaft workpieces to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation model, which promotes metal cutting The development of machine tool manufacturing acceptance technology.
