基于微细切削理论的微小孔钻削力预测模型和实验研究

Prediction model and experimental study of micro-hole drilling force based on micro-cutting theory

  • 摘要: 在微细切削理论的基础上,对直径为0.5 mm及以下的微小孔钻削轴向力和扭矩的理论模型进行了系统研究,得出了计算钻削力大小的解析模型。通过一系列理论分析,建立了一种基于微细切削时材料变形机理为基础的计算模型。然后进行微小孔钻削实验,采集钻削力实验数据并统计分析,得出了各参数对钻削力的影响程度和影响规律。最后运用误差分析方法评价了理论计算模型的有效性和准确性。本研究成果对连续均质金属材料微小孔钻削的相关研究具有较高的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of micro cutting theory, the theoretical model of drilling axial force and torque for micro hole with diameter of 0.5 mm and below is studied, and the analytical model for calculating drilling force is obtained. Through theoretical research, a calculation model based on deformation analysis of micro cutting materials is established. Then the micro hole drilling experiment is carried out, and the experimental data of drilling force are collected and statistically analyzed, and the influence of each parameter on the drilling force is analyzed. Finally, the validity and accuracy of the theoretical calculation model are evaluated by using error analysis method. The research results have high reference value for the related research of continuous homogeneous metal Micro-hole drilling.
