多组合设备的时间延迟优化研究

Optimizing of time delay for multi-cluster tools

  • 摘要: 针对多组合设备中时间延迟优化问题,研究构建了一种时间延迟优化模型,并提出了启发式算法进行求解。首先对多组合设备稳态生产过程进行描述,在此基础上探究了机械手等待时间对时间延迟的影响机制,继而建立了以降低时间延迟为目标的机械手等待时间分配模型,提出改进的多目标灰狼算法进行求解。最后通过案例验证了算法的可行性与有效性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the time delay optimization problem in multi-cluster tools, a time delay optimization model was established and the solving heuristic algorithm is developed. We first describe the steady state production process of multi-cluster tools. Based on this, the influence mechanism of time delay caused by robots waiting was analyzed, and then a robot waiting time allocation model to reduce time delay was established. An improved Multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition-grey wolf optimizer (MOEA/D-GWO) algorithm was proposed to solving the model. Finally, examples were given to demonstrate the efficacy of the methodology.
