Abstract:
For further research to improve machine static, dynamic characteristics, puts forward steel and polypropylene fiber reinforced artificial granite machine tool post new structure.In a CNC machine cast iron pillars for the prototype design SPFG machine tool column structure, through prototype cast iron pillar and theoretical calculation of parallel axis SPFG pillar of moment of inertia, finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench analysis prototype cast iron pillar and SPFG pillar of static, dynamic characteristics, the results show that compared with traditional cast iron materials, SPFG material static and dynamic characteristics of machine tool has improved significantly.The topological optimization and size optimization methods were used to carry out the two-stage comprehensive optimization of SPFG column.The results show that compared with the prototype column, the mass of SPFG column is reduced by 4.5%, the maximum stress is reduced by 72%, the deformation displacement is reduced by 25%, and the first-order natural frequency is increased by 27%, and the bending stiffness coefficient is increased by 40%.Under the premise of ensuring the lightweight, the SPFG column can significantly improve the static and dynamic characteristics of the machine tool column.
