基于Edgeworth级数法数控磨床电控系统可靠性指标研究

Research on reliability index of electric control system of CNC grinder based on Edgeworth series method

  • 摘要: 以数控磨床电控系统为研究对象,对其进行可靠性指标研究。首先引入可靠性指标体系,将可靠性指标结果概率化;然后利用Edgeworth级数法进行电控系统可靠性指标计算;接下来利用传统方法(最小二乘法)电控系统进行可靠性指标计算;最后以样本观察值为标准,分别对比两种方法在可靠度函数拟合和MTBF点估计值上的精确性。结果显示Edgeworth级数法较传统方法不仅计算结果更加精确,而且计算过程更加简便。研究结果已反馈给厂家并获得认可,对提升数控磨床整机的可靠性水平有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the electronic control system of CNC grinding machine is respected as the research object, and we study the reliability index of it.Firstly, the reliability index system is introduced and the reliability index results are probabilistic.Next, the Edgeworth series method is used to calculate the reliability index of the electronic control system.Then, the traditional method (least square method)is used to calculate the reliability index of the electronic control system.Finally, the accuracy of the two methods in reliability function fitting and MTBF point estimation is compared with the sample observation value.The results show that Edgeworth series method is not only more accurate than traditional method, but also more convenient.The research results have been fed back to the manufacturer and approved, which is of great significance to improve the reliability level of CNC grinder.
