薄壁件切削颤振控制研究综述

Review of research on cutting chatter control of thin-wall parts

  • 摘要: 为解决薄壁零件加工过程中出现的颤振问题,综述和分析了切削颤振控制技术中的被动控制、主动控制、半主动控制和参数调整技术的研究现状。并对现阶段国内外切削颤振控制技术的优缺点和适用条件进行了评价。针对薄壁件车削过程中出现的颤振问题,提出了基于超磁致伸缩驱动器车削颤振主动控制方案, 最后指出了今后颤振控制技术的研究方向。研究结果表明:相对于普通车削,采用基于超磁致伸缩驱动器车削颤振主动控制方案,可以有效抑制颤振。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the chatter problem in the machining process of thin-walled parts, the research status of passive control, active control, semi-active control and parameter adjustment technology in cutting chatter control technology is summarized and analyzed.The research status of passive control, active control, semi-active control and parameter adjustment in cutting chatter control technology are summarized and analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages and applicable conditions of the current domestic and foreign cutting chatter control technology are evaluated.Aiming at the chatter problem in the turning process of thin-walled parts, an active control strategy for turning chatter based giant magnetostrictive actuator is proposed.Finally, the future research direction of flutter control technology is proposed.The results show that compared with ordinary turning, the active control system for turning chatter based on giant magnetostrictive actuator can effectively suppress chatter.
