轴承套圈滚道以磨代研磨床的设计开发

Design and development of bearing ring raceway grinding machine with grinding instead of lapping

  • 摘要: 针对我国高端轴承套圈滚道精密超精密加工中磨具损耗严重、加工装备分散导致装配误差大,造成轴承套圈滚道加工表面精度低、质量差及品质一致性难以保证的致命缺陷,基于ELID成型磨削加工工艺和集成制造理念,提出了一种高端轴承套圈滚道以磨代研成型磨削专用机床设计方案,实现砂轮在位电火花修形、在线ELID电解修锐,一次装夹完成对轴承套圈滚道的精密成型磨削加工。在开发的试验机上进行加工实验表明,连续加工30件以上的成品样件,加工效率为单件40~50 s, 尺寸圆跳动偏差在1.5 μm以内,散差在2 μm以内, 表面粗糙度为Ra12~17 nm, 表面压应力值约为750 MPa,满足高端轴承对套圈滚道要求的高效率、高精度和高品质一致性。

     

    Abstract: In view of the serious wear of grinding tools and scattered processing equipment in the high-end bearing ring raceway precision and ultra precision machining in China, which leads to large assembly error, resulting in the fatal defects of low surface precision, poor quality and difficult to guarantee the quality consistency of bearing ring raceway machining, based on the ELID forming grinding processing technology and integrated manufacturing concept, this paper introduces the ELID forming grinding processing technology, A design scheme of a special machine tool for high-end bearing ring raceway forminggrinding machine with grinding instead of lapping is proposed.The grinding wheel in-situ EDM dressing and online ELID electrolytic dressing are realized, and the precision forming grinding of bearing ring raceway is completed by one clamping.The processing experiments on the developed testing machine show that the processing efficiency is about 40~50 seconds/piece, and the dimension deviation is 1.5 μm, the scatter is less than 2 μm, the surface roughness is controlled within Ra12~17 nm, the surface compressive stress is about 750 MPa, which can meet the high efficiency, high precision and high consistency of high-end bearings.
