基于正交铣削试验的7A65-T7451铝合金表面粗糙度预测模型

A prediction model of surface roughness of 7A65-T7451 aluminum alloy based on orthogonal milling experiment

  • 摘要: 采用正交试验方法对新型铝合金7A65-T7451进行铣削试验,获得了大量该铝合金的表面粗糙度工艺参数。对试验数据进行了极差和均值分析,确定了各参数对表面粗糙度的影响顺序和影响趋势。基于多元线性回归分析,建立了表面粗糙度的预测模型,并对模型进行了误差检验。该预测模型为7A65-T7451铝合金铣削参数的合理选择提供了依据,对未来7A65铝合金应用于航空结构件时降低表面粗糙度及提高疲劳寿命有一定意义。

     

    Abstract: The orthogonal experiment method was used to carry out milling experiments on 7A65-T7451 aluminum alloy, and a large number of surface roughness process parameters were obtained.The extreme difference and average value of the experiment data were analyzed, and the order and trend of the influence of each parameter on the surface roughness were determined.Based on multiple linear regression analysis, a predictive model of surface roughness was established, and also the model was tested for errors.The prediction model provides a basis for the reasonable selection of milling parameters of 7A65-T7451 aluminum alloy, and has certain significance for reducing surface roughness and increasing fatigue life when 7A65 aluminum alloy is used in aerospace structural parts in the future.
