基于AHP-熵权可拓学理论的加工中心可靠性评价研究

Research on reliability evaluation of machining center based on AHP-entropy extension theory

  • 摘要: 采用可拓集合理论,构建数控机床可靠性评价物元模型。通过可拓集合理论的关联函数求得各评价指标可靠性等级关联度,引入AHP-熵权法确定物元模型中各评价指标的权重,并得出评价指标可靠性的综合关联度,根据最大隶属度选择原则确定机床可靠性评价等级。以国外某型号的加工中心工作状态为研究对象,采用AHP-熵权法的可扩理论建立可靠性评价模型,最终得出该型号加工中心的主轴系统和进给系统的可靠性等级均为“良”。

     

    Abstract: The extension set theory is used to construct a matter-element model for the reliability evaluation of CNC machine tools.The correlation function of the extension set theory is used to obtain the reliability level correlation degree of each evaluation index, the AHP-entropy weight method is introduced to determine the weight of each evaluation index in the matter-element model, and the comprehensive correlation degree of the reliability of the evaluation index is obtained.The membership degree selection principle determines the reliability evaluation level of machine tools.Taking the working status of a certain type of machining center abroad as the research object, using the expandable theory of AHP-entropy method to establish a reliability evaluation model, it is concluded that the reliability level of the spindle system and the feed system of this type of machining center are both "good".
