预紧力可实时监测调控的丝杠螺母副及其试验平台的设计

Design of screw-nut pair and its test platform with real-time monitoring and control of preload

  • 摘要: 数控机床进给轴在长期服役过程中逐渐产生了磨损与热变形,对进给轴的精度保持性与稳定性造成了不良影响。其中,丝杠螺母副的预紧力不仅可以表征滚珠与滚道接触面的磨损情况,还影响着进给轴的双向定位精度,是丝杠螺母副的重要性能指标。为实时监测并控制丝杠螺母副的预紧力,分析了主动调控功能要求,设计了基于“监测-执行机构”的丝杠螺母副特殊结构,分析了丝杠螺母副系统的刚度特性,搭建了进给轴丝杠螺母副预紧力主动调控试验装置并开发了配套软、硬件系统。平台可以为数控机床进给轴精度保持性与稳定性研究提供基础。

     

    Abstract: During the long-term service, the servo axis of CNC machine tools has gradually produced wear and thermal deformation, which has a bad influence on the accuracy retentivity and precision stability of the servo axis.Among them, the preload of the screw-nut pairs can not only represent the wear of the contact surface between the ball and the raceway, but also indirectly affect the positioning accuracy of the servo axis, it is an important performance index of the screw-nut pairs.Therefore, in order to monitor and control the preload of the screw-nut pairs in real time, analyze functional requirements of active control, design the special structure of the screw-nut pairs based on the "monitor-actuator", analyze the stiffness characteristics of the screw-nut pairs system, build the active control test device of the preload of the screw-nut pairs, and develop the supporting software and hardware system.This platform can provide a foundation for the research on the accuracy retentivity and precision stability of servo axis of machine tools.
