卸荷式滚珠丝杠预拉伸结构设计

Design of unloading ball screw pretension structure

  • 摘要: 滚珠丝杠采用预拉伸结构可以解决热误差的问题,但常见的预拉伸方式导致滚珠丝杠支承轴承承受较大的轴向力,影响轴承的使用寿命。以某型数控车床X轴滚珠丝杠为研究对象,设计了卸荷式滚珠丝杠预拉伸结构,使预拉伸产生的轴向力作用在推力轴承上。试验证明,采用这种结构不仅可以提升机床的定位精度,而且实现了滚珠丝杠支承轴承卸荷的目的。

     

    Abstract: The ball screw pre-tensioning structure can solve the problem of thermal error, but the common pre-tensioning method causes the ball screw support bearing to bear a large axial force, which affects the service life of the bearing.Taking the X-axis ball screw of a certain type of CNC lathe as the research object.The unloading type ball screw pre-tension structure is designed to make the axial force generated by the pre-tension act on the thrust bearing.Tests have proved that this structure can not only improve the positioning accuracy of the machine tool, but also achieve the purpose of using the unloading the ball screw supporting bearing.
