轿车座椅骨架激光填丝焊接工艺稳定性研究

Study on the stability of laser welding with filler wire process for car seat frame

  • 摘要: 实验采用了激光填丝焊接方法对汽车座椅焊缝进行焊接,利用高速摄像研究了激光功率、送丝速度和离焦量等工艺参数对激光填丝焊接过程稳定性的影响。实验结果表明:减小激光功率或增加送丝速度都能减小气孔率;当离焦量为0 mm时气孔率最低。焊接稳定性依赖于熔滴过渡模式,当熔滴过渡模式为液桥过渡,激光填丝焊接稳定性得到改善。

     

    Abstract: In the experiment, a laser filler wire welding method was used to weld the welding seam of a car seat, and the effect of laser power, wire feeding speed and defocusing amount on the stability of the laser filler wire welding process was studied by using high-speed cameras.The experimental results show that reducing the laser power or increasing the wire feeding speed can reduce the porosity; when the defocus amount is 0, the porosity is the lowest.The welding stability depends on the droplet transfer mode.When the droplet transfer mode is liquid bridge transfer, the stability of laser wire-filled welding is improved.
