Abstract:
With the development of science and technology, the application range of ultrasonic vibration is increasingly wide. One-dimensional ultrasonic vibration has not been able to fully meet the needs of production, two dimensional vibration and multi-dimensional ultrasonic vibration are introduced into the field of ultrasonic vibration processing. Due to its simple structure, simple control and various vibration forms, mode conversion ultrasonic vibration transducer has been widely concerned by many scholars. According to the different vibration modes, the mode conversion ultrasonic vibration transducers are divided into longitudinal-flexural, double flexural and longitudinal-torsional mode conversion ultrasonic vibration transducers and other types. The latest applications of three types of mode conversion ultrasonic vibration transducers in precision machining such as cutting, surface rolling, grinding wheel dressing, welding and EDM are summarized and analyzed. Finally, based on the development status of mode conversion ultrasonic vibration transducer, the future development direction of mode conversion ultrasonic vibration transducer is prospected.
