桥壳中段卧式双面数控镗床专机夹具设计

Design of fixture for horizontal double-sided CNC boring machine in middle section of axle housing

  • 摘要: 针对桥壳中段在卧式双面数控镗床专机上加工两端外圆、内孔和端面工艺要求,依据桥壳的结构特点,设计制造了一种无需更换任何零部件就能够适应多规格品种加工并且安装调整方便的夹具,满足了自动化加工生产线的加工需要。采用桥壳两端液压自定心夹具定中心、中间上下浮动平面定角向、中间内胀琵琶孔定轴向的定位夹紧方式,有效保证夹具定位的可靠性、安装工件的方便性和夹紧的安全性。经验证,该夹具设计合理,使用效果达到预期。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the middle section of the axle housing, the outer circle, inner hole and end face of both ends are machined on the horizontal double-sided numerical control boring machine. According to the technological requirements of the end face and the structural characteristics of the axle housing, a fixture which can adapt to multiple varieties and is convenient to install without replacing any parts is designed and manufactured. It realizes the rapid switching from single variety to multiple varieties of the special plane, lays a foundation for the intelligent production of the special plane, and at the same time ensures the high-efficiency and high-precision processing characteristics of the special plane. The hydraulic self-centering fixture at both ends of the axle housing is used for centering, the middle floating plane is fixed in the angle direction, and the middle expanding pipa hole is fixed in the axial direction, which effectively ensures the reliability of fixture positioning, the convenience of installing workpieces and the safety of clamping. It is proved that the design of the fixture is reasonable and the application effect reaches the expectation.
