基于LabVIEW的锥罩装配控制系统设计

Design of conical cover assembly control system based on LabVIEW

  • 摘要: 针对头锥与连接环的在线测量与自动装配的需求,以“IPC-运动控制卡”为控制核心部件,基于LabVIEW软件开发环境,设计了一套集装配、测量于一体的七轴控制系统。该控制系统在搭建电子电路的基础上通过研华通用运动API架构对七轴进行联动控制,通过数据采集VISA模块经过RS232串口与同轴激光位移传感器进行数据传输,最终将运行参数与测量结果生成本地文件进行保存。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of online measurement and automatic assembly of head cone and connection ring, a seven-axis control system integrating assembly and measurement was designed based on LabVIEW software development environment, with "IPC-motion control card" as the control core component.On the basis of the electronic circuit construction, the control system carries out linkage control on the seven axes through the universal motion API architecture of masterpoint.The VISA module of data acquisition carries out data transmission with the coaxial laser displacement sensor through the RS232 serial port.Finally, the operation parameters and measurement results are generated into local files for storage.
