双联齿轮精密塑性成形研究与模具设计

Mold design and research on precision plastic forming of duplicate gear

  • 摘要: 针对双联齿轮难度较大的塑性成形与脱模问题制定了较为合理的工艺方案,并在此基础上利用DEFORM-3D软件对该方案进行了有限元模拟,取得了较好的成形效果,并通过冷挤压试验验证了这一点。在此基础上,对直齿成形和斜齿成形分别进行了模具设计。其中,双联齿轮斜齿部分的成形模具结构很好地解决了斜齿部分无法脱模的问题。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the difficult plastic forming and demoulding problem of double gear, a more reasonable process scheme was developed, and on this basis, the finite element simulation of the scheme was carried out by using DEFORM-3D software, and a better forming effect was obtained, which was verified by the cold extrusion experiment.On this basis, the mold design of spur gears forming and helical gears forming is carried out respectively.Among them, the forming die structure of double gear helical gears part can solve the problem that the helical gears part can not be demoulded.
