薄壁圆管精密激光焊接夹具设计与分析

Design and analysis of precision laser welding fixture for thin-walled tube

  • 摘要: 针对薄壁圆管精密激光焊接时难以装夹而出现的定位精度低、同轴度较差和焊接效率低的问题,设计了一种薄壁圆管精密激光焊接夹具。针对薄壁圆管激光焊接的工艺分析,设计的夹具主要包括支撑主轴、后定位盘、前定位板、径向定位夹紧装置总成和轴向调节装置等部分。在保证圆管的焊接质量的前提下,可以根据待焊接圆管的直径和长度调节夹具,以保证圆管焊接的同轴度和轴向尺寸,降低劳动强度,提高焊接效率。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the problems of low positioning accuracy, poor coaxiality, and low welding efficiency in precision laser welding of thin-walled pipes, a precise laser welding fixture for thin-walled pipes has been designed. According to the laser welding process analysis of thin-walled round pipes, these following parts of the fixture have been designed, including the supporting spindle, the rear positioning plate, the front positioning plate, the radial positioning clamping device assembly and the axial adjustment device. On the premise of ensuring the welding quality of the round pipe, the fixture can be adjusted according to the diameter and length of the round pipe to be welded to ensure the coaxiality and axial size of the round pipe welding, so as to reduce labor intensity and improve welding efficiency.
