螺纹钢树脂锚杆批量化生产工艺设计与研究

Design and research on batch production technology of threaded steel resin anchor rod

  • 摘要: 针对目前树脂锚杆制造过程中存在工艺流程短,加工工序分散,工人劳动强度大,工艺流程不规范导致生产成本较高,成品质量不稳定等实际问题,对螺纹钢树脂锚杆生产工艺关键技术进行了研究,在细致分析了树脂锚杆传统加工工艺后,提出了一种可实现批量化生产的工艺流程方案,并对整个生产线进行了合理布局和规划,研发制造了专用锚杆转运设备,实现锚杆的自动转运和精确定位。最终形成了稳定、高产量的锚杆制造工艺技术,并将此工艺流程和技术方案应用于某锚杆制造公司,现场调试表明:整套生产工艺完整且高效,产量得到提高,减轻了工人劳动强度,产品质量更加稳定,产品的合格率达到了98%以上,取得良好的应用效果和经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the practical problems such as short process flow, scattered processing process, large labor intensity, high production cost and unstable finished product quality in the manufacturing process of resin anchor rod, the key technology of production process of rebar resin anchor rod is studied. Finally, a stable and high output bolt manufacturing technology was formed, and the process flow and technical scheme were applied to a bolt manufacturing company. The field debugging showed that the whole production process was complete and efficient, the output was improved, the labor intensity of workers was reduced, the product quality was more stable, the qualified rate of product was over 98%, and good application effect and economic benefit were obtained.
